Harvey Barsanti Place Dedication
On Friday June 3rd, 2022, at St. Mary’s College (SMC) we celebrated the naming of the rotunda as you walk into the front entrance of the school calling it “Harvey Barsanti Place”.
This deserving dedication recognizes Harvey's Barsanti’s long commitment, dedication and service to St. Mary's College students, staff, parents and alumni given to catholic education in Sault Ste. Marie for 60+ years..
It was a wonderful evening where Harvey Barsanti Place was filled with family and friends to recognize this incredible person, an SMC Alumnus, Teacher, Coach, Vice Principal, Principal & Friend for all his years of service to our wonderful school.
Thank-you Harvey for being that guiding light helping to build the traditions at SMC along with the Basilian Fathers and the early classes as the school was built and growing. You are an inspiration to the many students and staff mentored under your watch and have built long lasting relationships and friendships that will last a lifetime.
God Bless & Hail Mary!
